Brice Jones is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Freehold Brooklyn, an expansive 10,000SF hospitality, food and beverage concept, boasting an impressive staff of 120 employees.
Brice received his bachelor’s degree in 2009 from New York University’s prestigious, Tisch School for Hotel Management, and moved on to develop his early professional career at industry powerhouses such as Soho House and NYC Best Bars. Jones began consulting for growing food and beverage professionals, generating financial models and business plans to help cultivate their concepts, which eventually led to his development of Freehold in 2014. By 2016, Jones was able to joint-venture to purchase and develop Freehold and its adjacent real estate in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Today, Brice serves as a Director on the Board of the NYC Hospitality Alliance, sits on the Executive Committee for The Town Hall and recently received a proclamation by the City of New York. Jones continues to work on growing Freehold’s footprint in thriving markets such as Miami, FL and Los Angeles, CA. Devoted to positioning Freehold at the forefront of the hospitality industry, Jones focuses on production and entertainment, curating unique experiences for his guests, which has allowed him to establish a loyal customer base. Social good has played a huge role in Brice’s career, and after pioneering a “plastic-free” program at Freehold, Jones works closely with Oceanic Global to aid in educating fellow restaurateurs on plastic-free environmental initiatives.
In his spare time, Jones can be found traveling the globe to find new inspiration for Freehold’s future as a leading hospitality brand.
