Marie Assante cooked up the idea for Assante Public Relations in 2015 after working for boutique PR firms in NYC for over a decade. She had a recipe for success taught to her by industry masters during her climb from an Assistant Publicist at Four Corners Communications, to a Senior Vice President at R. Couri Hay Creative Public Relations.  Armed with the tricks of the trade, Assante launched her restaurant PR firm in January 2016 with a team of seasoned sous chefs and has been sizzling ever since.  Her company represents over 20 of the city's top restaurants, bars and lounges in addition to major food events like the nationally touring Bacon and Beer Classic, Whiskey Feast and Taco Takeover.
