George Tenedios has been working in the restaurant industry for over 10 years, learning the business through his father, Steve Tenedios (Café Metro). Working in different segments of the business, from managing fine dining and catering halls, to operating a corporate catering facility, George has landed back in the quick serve aspect of the hospitality industry.

In 2008 George co-founded the fresh&co concept with his father, Steve Tenedios - growing the brand to 9 locations to date, and counting. With a degree in Hospitality Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, George is intimately involved in concept development, culinary improvements, execution, as well as keeping up with the rapidly changing marketplace, using his creativity skills and quality ingredients. George has personally opened each fresh&co unit, helping develop the staff, building a passionate and strong team, while creating a lifestyle within the company and its growing awareness around NYC.
