It's Our Anniversary!

By NYC Hospitality Alliance

September 24th is usually a day when our industry comes together to toast the NYC Hospitality Alliance's anniversary.

Today, on our 8th anniversary,

we unfortunately won't see and celebrate with so many of you as in years past, though we will be doing what we were born to do - serving our industry and fighting for the future of NYC's restaurants and nightlife establishments.

These past 8 years have been filled with challenges and wins for our industry, and we're proud to have cultivated an amazing community of hospitality professionals.

This year, COVID-19 devastated our industry and lives. The pandemic has challenged us and pushed us harder than ever before as we continue our mission of supporting, advocating and representing our industry. We have done this through 349 member alerts keeping you informed and engaged, 50+ seminars/discussions/conferences, answering countless member questions,  and appearing in 1,000+ press stories representing our industry - all in our 7th year alone.

Our 7th year of advocacy has also helped result in critical government affairs 'wins' to support our industry pre-pandemic and throughout the crisis, including:

However, our industry has already lost too much, and our advocacy and work is far from done.

Now, we NEED rent relief, we NEED permanent outdoor dining, we NEED to pass the RESTAURANTS Act, Save our Stages Act, and so much more. We can only accomplish this as a determined, united Alliance.

We know that times are very tough, and we are so grateful to those who have contributed to our mission in so many ways. If you are in a position to contribute financially, and can consider giving more on behalf of those who cannot, will you please help support our efforts with a contribution? We are eternally grateful for your financial support so that we may keep fighting for you.

Whether it's membership or a $15, $150, $500 or $5,000 donation, every dollar fuels our advocacy efforts and supports our industry. We look forward to the day where we can all gather together again.
