Upper Manhattan & Staten Island Restrictions

By NYC Hospitality Alliance

Due to increasing COVID-19 infection rates, New York announced new and modified COVID-19 micro-cluster zones.

Part of Staten Island's Yellow Zone will become an Orange Zone. New Yellow Zones will be established in Upper Manhattan, and in additional areas outside of the city, throughout the state.
Zones defined:
  • Yellow Zone (Dining): Indoor and outdoor dining permitted, 4-person maximum per table
  • Orange Zone (Dining): No indoor dining. Outdoor dining, takeout or delivery only, 4-person maximum per table
These changes go into effect this Wednesday, November 25, for businesses.
If your business is located in Staten Island or Upper Manhattan you may click here to enter your address and see maps to determine if your business is located in a micro-cluster zone that is subject to new restrictions.
