Esquared Hospitality

Jimmy Haber is the Managing Partner of ESquared Hospitality, and has been an investor and owner of restaurants and nightclubs in New York City for over 30 years.

With an initial investment in Le Bilboquet in the early 80’s, Mr. Haber began his introduction into the hospitality industry. Le Bilboquet was followed with an investment in Metro CC, Flowers, AZ and Pazo before teaming up with Laurent Tourondel and Keith Treyball in 2003 to open BLT Steak and BLT Fish.

In 2011, Mr. Haber and Mr. Treyball formed Esquared Hospitality – the parent company for BLT Restaurants, Casa Nonna, The Florentine, and GO Burger. With over 20 restaurants, Jimmy Haber is intimately involved in all details of development, construction and financing of such establishments and works closely with the culinary and management teams to achieve financially successful operations while exceeding expectations of guests and maintaining the highest hospitality standards.
