Employee Retention Tax Credit Update

The NYC Hospitality Alliance is aware that numerous restaurants, bars, and other businesses have yet to receive their pandemic-era Employee Retention Tax Credits. This situation is unacceptable and has had severe repercussions for businesses. The federal government still owes businesses billions of dollars.

We want to assure you that the NYC Hospitality Alliance has not forgotten about this issue and remains committed to fighting for what you are owed.

We thank members of our New York Congressional Delegation for pressing the IRS to send businesses the money they owe them.
