Hotel Law Proposal Will Not Shut Restaurants and Bars

The NYC Hospitality Alliance informed its network of proposed legislation that if enacted would have posed an existential threat to many independently owned restaurants and bars located in hotels, and their workers. We are proud that due to our prompt response and actions taken by many, the proposed legislation has been amended and will no longer impact these businesses.
