We fund meals prepared by neighborhood restaurants, ensuring New Yorkers in need receive fresh, culturally relevant food while sustaining local businesses and preserving jobs. By partnering with and funding trusted nonprofits, community organizations, PTAs, and government leaders focused on food relief, we help deliver meals to communities facing food insecurity—supporting both families and neighborhood restaurants.
Building Opportunity, Future Leaders & Awarding Scholarships
We award culinary school scholarships to public school students, opening doors to education and inspiring the next generation of hospitality professionals and leaders. By investing in students through industry guest speakers, restaurant tours, and hands-on experiences, we create meaningful pathways to careers in the restaurant and nightlife industry.
Workforce Training, Empowerment & Communities

We fund training grants for programs that equip New Yorkers with essential culinary and hospitality skills, create clear pathways to employment, and strengthen communities through workforce development and job placement.
Education and Guidance
We deliver education and guidance through speaking on panels at conferences, serving on advisory boards, and providing consultations to advance hospitality education, job placement, career advancement, and food relief.
